Slate

My nails have grown back to a good length to start painting them again. Sadly my left hand pointer didn't watch out while I was moving the kitchen table to clean the floor and broke off. But here is the first up of some new ones I got from Sinful Colors!

Jamberry Nail Shields

Jamberry Nail Shields

So in this picture I have had this shields on for about a week and half and they still look great. They can't chip since there not nail polish. They are so much better! You have to check them out! They are called Jameberry Nail Shields! They cost around $15 for a sheet like this. It only took me 3 shields to do all my toes! Look at all those shields left! It takes heat from a hair dryer to apply and it's super simple and easy. So much cheaper then going to a salon! And they lost sooooo much longer!

Nail Time!

So I have been on vacation and enjoying every minute of it! Doing tons of stuff with my family! My nails are now back to a decent length so I can start doing swatches and design again! Fireworks - Used thin nail brushes I got off ebay do draw the fireworks and a dooting tool to do the dots. Colors were Sinful Colors in Ruby Ruby and Fly Away. With Art Deco in Silver Glitter.

Stones - Red and Blue (that I bought off Ebay).

Top Coat - Seche Vite

Poor nails......

My nails are getting to that point where they are getting long. When they do this as thin and brittle as they are they being to just break off. I have to file them down to short nubs again. Not as pretty with polish on as they are when they are longer. I will get to a point where I will just cut them all off even. But for now I will just deal. More swatches to come soon!

I  have been very busy helping my husband with his business. I also have a full time job and we have a busy 5 year old that has school and they have been doing a lot of end of the year field trips. I hope to have more pictures posted soon. I broke another nail the other day but will try to work around it. My natural nails are so thin and brittle.

Family Time!

So my aunt will be here for about 4 days so I might or might not be posting pics. I did my nails about 4-5 different times Saturday and it kept turning out bad. So as soon as I can get them done proper again I will have pictures up. Have a great week if I don't see ya!

Laugh My Art Off

So this time I did the swatch of one of my other new Finger Paints. I only took a picture of the three fingers this time because something fell on my pinky nail this past week at work and broke off the tip of the nail. And I kind of like it this way now also because you get a better look at the bottle as well.

To no avail......

I tried to do some nail art using my Salon Express nail stamping kit but it kept turning out a mess. I removed the polish and tried doing the designs on my natural nail bed and had them all done. Went to put a light shear coat over them to make them sparkle and it smeared the designs. I took it all off and just did a clear coat and called it good. Spend over 2 hours on them which I never do when just painting them. And thinking the stamper would be simple......  Oh well, another day to try and get my cuticles looking better then they have been. Sorry,   there won't be a cute picture today. Have a great day!!!!

Amethyst

Ok, so my son finally let me do that new Sinful Colors polish I got, lol. It is really pretty. And I'm trying to think of some way to decorate it. However, I'm still having issues with my topcoat shrinking my polish color. But it seems everyone else does too. As soon as I do something, but it a decal or something else I will post it. Hope you enjoy this color swatch....
